What we offer
In-House Payment Plan
Grand Avenue Dental was the first dental clinic in the Gainesville, TX area to offer an in-house payment plan to make dental care more affordable. It’s easy to do – you just purchase a yearly membership with an annual fee, and it covers the following services:
- 2 Periodic exams (or one New Patient exam and one Periodic exam)
- All x-rays covered
- Implant consultation and 3-D image (if needed)
- Braces consultation (if needed)
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 2 routine cleanings
- FREE teeth whitening
In addition to those great services covered by the plan, you get discounts on the following services:
- Deep Cleaning: 20% discount
- Fillings: 20% discount
- Crowns: 20% discount
- Root Canals: 20% discount
- Extractions: 20% discount
- Implants: 20% discount

- $248.00 Individual Adult
- $199.00 Spouse
- $149.00 Each Child (ages 18 and younger)
Conditions
There are a few conditions for our in-house plan:
- No refunds if the plan is not used.
- Benefits cannot be used retroactively.
- The plan may not be combined with any other dental plan/insurance.
- Benefits must be used within one year of purchasing plan.
- This is not a dental discount plan and is NOT insurance.

The plan covers you for an entire year, and Grand Avenue Dental provides dentistry for the whole family. We understand you have a busy schedule, so we’re pleased to offer late appointments and Saturday appointments for your convenience. (We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays).
